Here's a list of FAQ. Please kindly go through them all before you purchase a beat.

Am I allowed to upload my song to streaming sites with purchase of a lease?

Indeed, you are able to upload your song to any online streaming service (Spotify, Apple Music, etc).

Is the tag included in the beat?

For all paid licenses, you get untagged beats.

Is the beat mine after I purchase the license?

No, only if you purchase the exclusive license. All Basic, Pro & Unlimited license comes with a set of restrictions and rights that you must follow. The producer, in this case, me, own and keep the original full ownership of the beat until someone buys the Exclusive license.

Do I need to credit you?

Yes, all licenses including exclusive must credit me in the description, streaming apps meta data for music producer section as Jugdeep Gill. If no credit is shown, the song will be taken down.

Do you use any samples that are uncleared, or should I be concerned about being sued?

All of my beats so far have never used sampled music that requires permission to be used. Most of the melodies, instruments are originally created by me; if they aren't, then the sample is royalty-free and never requires approval. You can confidently use my beats without having to worry about clearing issues. 

Can I add my song to Content ID system?

No! Content ID declares ownership over all YouTube usage of the track. You are not allowed to do this since the system cannot distinguish between your use of the beat and that of others, therefore if anyone else uses the beat—including my original beat upload—all instances of the beat on YouTube will be subject to copyright claims. This is a serious violation of the licence agreement which will result in me taking down your song from everywhere.

Received a YouTube Copyright Notice

In that case, please dispute it and include your license file, order number and receipt to YouTube. After a review, the claim will be gone. Or, feel free to contact me to help you out. 

I reached one of your limits

If you exceed the limits set in the license, your license automatically becomes invalid. Therefore, please upgrade your license by contacting me.

What happens if the license expires?

All of my beats are valid for 10 years. After that, you must renew the license in order to keep your song online.

What happens to other licenses holders if someone buys exclusive license?

First of all, the beat will be removed from the beat store and no one new can purchase it. Secondly, the existing holders of the beat are allowed to use the beat until their license expires. After that, they can talk or renew the license by getting in touch with the new rights holder.
